Vegan Indian Cooking

This three hour cooking demo led by Devang's executive chef will take you through healthy, organic and Vegan Indian cooking. The dishes taught will include:

  • Haryali Kebab with Mint Chutney
  • Pahadi Khichdi
  • Besan Chilla with Garlic Chutney
  • Pineapple & Millet Anthai (Kheer)
By the end of the workshop you will know how to make these Vegan Indian dishes in your own home! Each participant will have the opportunity to work directly with our chef as he prepares these dishes. Enjoy the workshop with a cooling organic drink!
