This workshop is based on yogic tools and its perspective on Lunar women, the menstrual cycle, food to eat, moon centers and meditation for women.
It aims at building a circle of women to support each other, share and care for each other emotionally, physically, mentally and energetically.
The workshop is divided into 3 parts:
Part 1 – Introduction to yogic science of Kundalini yoga, its technology and teachings in regards to women. Includes set of exercises, postures and mantras.
Part 2 – Information on lunar women, menstrual cycle, foods to eat and avoid. A woman's relationship to menstrual cycle and her body; meditation and women.
Part 3 -- Discussion, sharing and closing meditation.
Remember to wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats will be provided or you can bring your own.
About Gunjan: Gunjan Kochhar started practicing yoga 13 years ago, under the lineage of vinyasa ashtanga yoga. In her practice she has trained in traditional, transformational, Vinyasakrama and kundalini yoga. She teaches kundalini Yoga essentially keeping the tools of traditional yoga and all her past practice to help reform her students and guides them to empower there own lives and living. She trains and assists yoga trainings ever since with her teacher, and continues to pass and share the same in her classes. Along with yoga she practices and teaches other tools of self healing which includes access consciousness, body processes, bars and incorporates chakra healing too.
