Chief Chocolatier, Radhika Gulati brings her passion for pairing chocolate with authentic flavors to create fine bonbons and truffles.

About Radhika and Rosarté: Rosarté is a Gourmet Chocolate house where we bring in ingredients from different parts of the world, specifically Belgium, France and Indonesia. We like to add minimum or no sugar or butter in our recipees in order to maintain the finesse of the chocolate.
Each recipe is inspired by an artist. For example: the coffee flavour is named after Voltaire who used to drink 50 cups of coffee a day- mixed with chocolate!
The brand was launched by Radhika Gulati who studied entrepreneurship from Babson College in Massachusetts, attended the Business exchange at Manchester Business School and finally, professional chocolate from École Chocolat. With a little dream of changing the world, one chocolate at a time, Radhika aims to put India on the map of fine chocolate.
About Devang: Devang is an organic cafe in the heart of New Delhi. We curate organic foods, natural products and events for our community. All of the food we serve is organic and comes directly from farms and farmers we know. Our aim is to spread health, happiness and the Joy of Being!
