Made from the juice of fresh apples, diluted with water to a uniform pickling and table strength of 5 percent (50 grains) acidity.
Drink one or two teaspoons of ACV mixed in lukewarm water, on an empty stomach every morning. Can be consumed twice a day, if desired.
