5. What are the recommended dosages for Ojasyaa?
Consume 2.5 grams (1 teaspoonful) of Ojasyaa twice a day, 30 minutes before your meal or as directed by the physician.
Ojasyaa is to be consumed with milk (or soya milk, almond milk etc.) or water.
Daily exercise for 30 minutes or physical activity is a must while consuming Ojasyaa .

Children below 18 years (but must be greater than 12 years) can take Ojasyaa in one third of the adult dose (i.e. 1/3 teaspoon) twice a day.
Children below 12 years of age should not take Ojasyaa.
7. What are the precautions to be taken while taking Ojasyaa?
People with diarrhea should not take Ojasyaa.
The individual ingredients present in Ojasyaa have not been associated with any adverse effect; however, their combined effect has not been studied in children below 12 years of age and pregnant & lactating women. Therefore, it is advisable to take it under your Physician’s supervision.

Yes, one may take Ojasyaa with juices or smoothies but for best results, we only recommend Ojasyaa to be taken with milk (or soya milk, almond milk etc.) or water for better absorption in the body.

13. Can I take Ojasyaa mixed with other herbal supplement of Devang or any other?
No, ideally Ojasyaa or any other herbal supplement should not be mixed together. All of them can be take simultaneously but within a gap of approximately 30 minutes.
