About the instructor: Shal has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Masters in Medical Sciences, Health Promotion; both from the University of Hong Kong. She also attended UCLA, California for part of her degree. Born and based in Hong Kong, Shal discovered the beauty of Ayurveda in 2009 in Rishikesh, India and has been studying it ever since. She is certified in the Foundations of Ayurveda & Ayurvedic Nutrition by Kerala Ayurvedic Medicare. She is also the co-founder of Ruhani Home, a wellness consultancy. It is her passion and dream to increase wellness in individuals, in a natural way and in the true sense of the word - mind and body.
